Ascent 121 provides a full continuum of therapeutic services for survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and those at risk of such who are between the ages of 8 and 24-years of age.  Our continuum includes home-based, office-based, and residential settings.  Services are tailored to the specific needs of each individual client and may be delivered in-person, virtually or a hybrid of both, depending on the strengths, risks and needs of each individual.  Most youth receive services no less than once weekly, though services may take place as often as 2-4 times per week.

Using best-practice standards, all clinical work is trauma-informed and strengths-based and intrinsically motivated.  We utilize a combination of evidence based practice models, including: Motivational Interviewing, Ecological-Based Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety.

Our newly renovated office is fully outfitted with a yoga/dance/body-movement studio, a sensory-room for emotional regulation work and trauma processing, individual and family therapy rooms, and vocational/art therapy space.
