All Merchandise Purchase payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the Purchaser forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Our Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to Ascent 121 or who purchases items from our store.
Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.
Recurring donors may cancel future donations by sending an email to [email protected]. Payments will stop the month after donations are cancelled. For example, if you withdraw in April, your credit card will be charged in April, but not May.

Items purchased from the Ascent 121 Store are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund.
An item ordered from the Ascent 121 Store may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the Donor is responsible for payment.

Ascent 121 is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the Donor has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the Donor, Ascent 121 shares no responsibility.
