We know this work is challenging so we work hard to support our staff through Culture and Wellness. Ascent 121 provides opportunities for spiritual retreats, massages, YMCA memberships, private counseling at The Cabin Counseling Center, and equine therapy for our staff.
Employee benefits include paid time off, 401k, healthcare, vision, dental and paid holidays. The agency closes between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day to allow employees additional time off.
